With the winter hockey season now over I am sure many of you are starting to wonder what to do for the next few months until pre season starts.
After nine wonderful days in Melbourne it is time for the Hockeyroos to leave for Hobart.
Hockeyroos are in Melbourne. Finally! For the next week a squad of 36 athletes are training and playing in Melbourne in preparation for the Olympic Qualifier tournament in Hobart.
Many people ask me for recommendations on gear so I thought I would put up a post with all the equipment I use.
Body on the line for London
Hey guys Would you believe that at the time of this report there is 314 days 3 hours, 24 minutes and 38 seconds until the Olympics! It may sound like a long time but I tell you what, this year is flying and I know next year will too.
On Thursday September 15th I was lucky enough to take part in a nation wide event called R U OK? Day in which I am an ambassador for.
Game 3 down and team Gold are sitting on one win, one loss and one draw.
Hi There I hope you are all enjoying my new site. It has been up and running for nearly two months now so I thought I would take the chance to get some feedback and hopefully lots of questions from you, the readers.
We have been over a few of the basics but now its time for the fun stuff and this time its Diving. This is not a difficult skill to learn but does require some guts and determination to practice as if you get it wrong, it can hurt a little!

I have some very fond memories from the 2010 Commonwealth Games and this video is certainly one of them.
As privileged as we are to travel the world and compete it is very rare that we get the opportunity to go away on an actual holiday. Last weekend I had a friend over from Melbourne so we took the chance to go away for the 36 hours I had off training over the weekend.
Hey guys, I wanted to share some photos with you from the goalkeepers clinic I ran on Sunday at my home club Greensborough Hockey Club.
As a travelling athlete I get to experience some amazing places so thought I would share some of them with you on my site.
Hi guys Just wanted to let you know about my limited edition Atlas Goalie stick.
Hi again Sorry I have been really slack again. We just finished our first classification game against China and managed a 2-2 draw. It was another improved performance by the girls.
Hi all Hope this finds you well. Yesterday we played our first game of the Champions Trophy and straight up had to face the home team, the Dutch. It has been a long time since we have played them so both teams were looking very different, with plenty of new faces.
Morning everyone. Sorry it has been a few days between updates. I thought I’d wait until I had some more news to share. We have played 2 games since I last wrote, one against Germany which we lost 3 nill and then yesterday we played Korea and won 2-1.
Hello from Germany First day of games over and all teams are sitting even on 1 draw with 3 goals for and 3 against. We played the Argies yesterday and drew 3-3. It was a reasonable game and a pretty good start to the tour for us.
