Sorry I have been a little slack lately in writing new posts. We have had a crazy few weeks with our fundraiser and then a series against Korea. We were lucky enough to have two Korean teams come out to visit us and play games against both the Hockeyroos and the Australia ‘A’ team. Korea sent their national side and also a team called KT Korea. There were 10 games all together. Australia ‘A’ played KT in 4 games then Korea in 2 and the Hockeyroos played Korea 4 times. I have attached the media reports from each game below so if you are interested then I encourage you to have a read. We won the series 3-1 and were quite happy with all games except the first one. Once we found our feet we were able to beat Korea quite convincingly. Australia ‘A’ also had some pleasing performances against both teams.
The Hockeyroos now face Argentina in a three game series in Perth then its off to the Sunshine Coast in Queensland for games against the USA. Busy Busy. Ill do my best to keep the posts coming. Please keep watch as the Hockeyroos have some very very exciting news to announce of the next two weeks.
